Introducing Paradise House

Set in the beautiful Painswick Valley in the heart of the Cotswold countryside, Paradise House offers a strong sense of community and is the perfect setting for those who wish to lead an active and fulfilling life.

All residents play an active role in the running of the home and are supported to live life to the full by participating in a wide range of physical, creative, educational and other leisure activities both on-site and in the wider community.

Accommodation

Our living accommodation consists of four comfortable and well-equipped houses which provide a homely, sociable and supportive environment.

Each house is based in Paradise House’s extensive and well-maintained grounds and accommodates up to nine residents. The on-site facilities include a walled garden, fruit orchard, craft workshops along with a specially designed sensory garden which offers residents a tranquil space in which to relax and enjoy the natural environment.

At Paradise House we firmly believe in the benefits of an active lifestyle and its role in promoting good physical health and mental wellbeing.

Our residents enjoy a wide variety of activities aimed at building self-esteem, confidence and independence including arts and craft, pottery, music, drama, gardening and cooking. Work experience placements are available for those residents who are more independent.
